Oil crossed $100 this morning for the first time since April 13th. The UAE/OPEC headline is noise. Structural support is real. YES at 39¢ is worth the risk.
WTI already touched $100 today. The market is pricing only a 39% chance it holds there into the close — that gap is the edge. The UAE-leaves-OPEC narrative is long-term bearish (more supply once they rebuild), but their infrastructure is offline from missile strikes right now. They cannot ramp. It did not move the needle today. The price driver is the underlying regional tension that has been pushing crude since early April. That has not resolved. Paying 39¢ on a market that has already shown its hand at this level is reasonable risk.
