The short version
Some of the links on PredictionMarketsPicks are affiliate links. If you click one and open an account or take a position, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. That’s it. We disclose it here, on this page, in plain English, because the FTC requires it and because we’d want the same from anyone giving us a tip.
Who we partner with
We currently run affiliate or referral links to the following platforms:
- Kalshi — some of our Kalshi links carry our referral; we may earn a referral bonus when a new trader signs up through one and funds an account.
- DraftKings Predict — DraftKings’ event-contracts product. We may earn a commission on new-account sign-ups.
- Polymarket US — PredictionMarketsPicks is a paid Polymarket US partner. Polymarket US pays us when a new user signs up with our referral code or through our links and meets its requirements. Wherever we show a Polymarket US price or offer, the page says so beside it (PolymarketPartner or Sponsored by Polymarket US). Our Polymarket.com links carry no referral and earn us nothing.
- Robinhood — we may earn a referral bonus on new-account sign-ups.
- Fanatics — we may earn a commission on new-account sign-ups.
- Mercury — business banking. We may earn a referral bonus.
Two more are consumer referral programs rather than affiliate deals, and we say so: FanDuel Predicts — we earn a referral credit when a new trader signs up through our link and funds an account. Novig — the same, capped by Novig at a handful of referrals; the credit is trade credit, not cash, and we may stop earning on it at any time. Coinbase pays a referral only on a crypto purchase, which is not what our readers go there to do, so in practice that link earns us close to nothing.
Every link to a platform that pays us anything at all carries a rel="sponsored" attribute so search engines and readers can identify it as a paid relationship. Venues we quote purely as a data source with no relationship — ProphetX, the sportsbook consensus — are not linked as sponsored, because marking them so would be inaccurate.
Where we show partner offers
We show Polymarket US offers only to visitors we can place in a US state where Polymarket US is available (every state except Nevada, per Polymarket US), and we may hold back offers in other states, or next to certain markets, while a state’s legal action is pending. If we can’t tell where you are, we don’t show them. Polymarket US decides who is eligible when you sign up.
Our app, MCP tools and widgets
The same rules apply in our app, our MCP tools and our widgets. MCP tool results never include referral codes or partner sign-up links, and when they include a Polymarket US price they carry a disclosure line.
What this does — and doesn’t — change
Our editorial calls, model outputs, and tool results are our own. A partnership never buys a better rating, a higher edge number, or a spot on a leaderboard. The models are the models; the analysis is the analysis. If a platform is pricing something wrong, we’ll say so whether or not we earn a referral from it.
We only link to platforms we’d actually use ourselves. Affiliate revenue helps keep the free tools free — it doesn’t decide what we publish.
