How do I read American odds on DraftKings?
Negative odds (e.g. -150) mean the team is a favorite — you risk $150 to win $100. Positive odds (e.g. +130) mean the team is an underdog — you win $130 on a $100 bet.
What is implied probability in sports betting?
Implied probability is the win percentage the odds represent. A -150 favorite has a 60% implied probability. A +130 underdog has a 43.5% implied probability. The gap between both sides is the house edge (vig).
