1. Who we are
PredictionMarketsPicks, the 7 Oracles app, our MCP servers and our widgets ("we," "us") are operated by Benanas LLC, a New Jersey company. This policy covers the website predictionmarketspicks.com, the 7 Oracles app for iOS and Android, our email newsletter, and our MCP servers for AI assistants. We do not sell your personal data.
2. What we collect
You give us
Your email address (newsletter, free tools, Pro, or sign-in); payment details, which Stripe processes — we never see or store your card number; and your Discord account ID if you link Discord to your subscription.
Collected automatically on the website
Pages visited, referring page, browser and device type, and IP address, through Google Analytics and the Reddit Ads Pixel; and which outbound exchange link you click (page, market, device type) so we can measure our referral partnerships.
- Your approximate location: the country and state our hosting provider derives from your IP address on each request. We use it in the moment to decide which partner offers and links to show you, and we don’t store it.
- If you’re signed in, the outbound clicks we log are linked to your account.
When our widgets appear on other sites
Your browser loads the widget from our servers, which receive your IP address, your browser type and the address of the page showing it. We use this to serve the widget, count usage per site and stop abuse.
Collected by the app
A push notification token, your device platform (iOS or Android), the app version and your notification settings. If you sign in, these are linked to your email so Pro alerts reach you. The app contains no advertising or analytics trackers and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
When an AI assistant uses our MCP servers
The tool called, the assistant’s name and version, a one-way hash of the IP address, a session identifier, your plan tier, and whether the call succeeded. We do not store the questions you ask the assistant or the answers it receives. The assistant itself (for example Claude or ChatGPT) handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.
Sign-in
We use passwordless sign-in. We email a one-time link or code and then keep you signed in with a session cookie (website) or a session token stored on your device (app). We have no password to store.
3. How we use it
To deliver the newsletter, alerts and push notifications you asked for; to run and bill Pro subscriptions, including recording which version of our Terms you accepted and when; to keep you signed in; to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse; to measure which content and partner links are useful; to answer support requests; and to meet legal obligations.
4. Service providers
Stripe (payments) · Supabase (database) · Vercel (hosting) · Upstash (rate limiting and caching) · Resend (transactional email) · Beehiiv (newsletter) · Expo, Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push delivery) · Discord (if you join our server) · Google Analytics and Reddit Ads Pixel (website analytics only). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We share data with them only to run the service.
5. Referral partners
Links and codes for platforms such as Kalshi, Polymarket US, DraftKings, FanDuel, Fanatics, Novig and Robinhood may be referral links or codes that pay us a fee. Clicking one takes you to that platform under its own privacy policy, and the platform or its measurement provider (for Polymarket US, AppsFlyer) may record the click and the device it came from. Platforms may send us reports about sign-ups and activity attributed to our links and codes; we use them to get paid and to measure the partnership. We don’t send platforms your email or account details.
6. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a few small cookies to remember site preferences and your access level, and analytics cookies. Blocking cookies may sign you out or limit tools.
7. Retention
Account and subscription data: while your account is active. Payment records: as long as the law requires. Outbound link clicks: 90 days. Push tokens are switched off as soon as Apple or Google reports the app was removed. MCP call logs are kept as usage records; they contain no readable IP address and none of what you asked the assistant.
8. Deleting your data
Email predictionmarketspicks@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Within 30 days we delete your subscriber record, any linked push devices and your Discord link, and unsubscribe you from the newsletter. We keep payment records only where the law requires it. To stop push notifications without deleting anything, turn them off in the app or in your phone’s settings.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, unsubscribe from any email (every email has a link), and opt out of analytics with your browser’s settings. Email predictionmarketspicks@gmail.com.
10. Children
Our website and app are for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you think we have, email us and we’ll delete it.
11. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure.
12. Browser extension
Our Chrome extension, PMP Calculator (Kelly criterion, expected value, odds, no-vig and arbitrage calculators), collects no personal data and sends nothing anywhere: it makes no network requests and asks for no browser permissions. It remembers your last tab, bankroll, fee choice and Kelly fraction in the extension’s own local storage on your device; removing the extension clears it. Its only link out is the footer link to this site.
13. Changes
We’ll update the date at the top when this policy changes, and announce material changes by email to subscribers.
