Same opinion prices four different ways on the ladder - over 54.5 at 51 cents, over 60.5 at 35 cents, over 66.5 at 19 cents, over 69.5 at 14 cents. If you believe the 38-31 sentence literally, the 51-cent rung is the conservative expression of it. If you only believe the game goes over the number, this is the rung.
