[music] Dando, it's the seven Oracles NFL preseason. show again. What's up, Dane? How you doing? I'm doing good. I'm doing good. You know, it's one of those like summer Fridays, right? Uh I can't believe it. I did like an orientation for the kids school. I got back to school commercials going on left and right, which also means that football is on the horizon. So, I'm excited about that to be sure. You know, my So, my strongest conviction right now in preseason, and we'll we'll get to the market stuff in a second. By the way, it's just the two of us uh from the Seven Oracles. Check us out at the sevenoracles.com. Subscribe to the free newsletter there. [laughter] Dane, uh, the one thing is not going to help anybody with markets and I don't know if it's going to help anybody like with you Washington, but it's Tra like every time I come back to the well, it's Trayen Burks. Like I just want more and more and more of Trayen Burks and I can't buy his card and I just think he's being crazy undervalued and like I've got to play like a chop format to go like 18, you know, like I got to go deeper to be able to just like grab him. Um, but I was checking before we came on on Kali, you know, like there's no trailing Burks over under or anything like that. I just wanted to get that off my chest somewhere. I need to plant that flag somewhere. That is fair. I mean, there's a few kind of rookie wide receivers that I'm interested in, whether it be in the prop market, whether it be in the fantasy market, guys like Cyrus Allen in Kansas City, Jacobe Lane in Baltimore, Deshawn Stribbling out there in San Francisco is absolutely crushing it and I think can actually assume maybe even a starting role because everybody in San Francisco is banged up or hurt because of the electric substation for goodness sakes. And then there's Malachi Fields with the Giants, Ted Hurst with the Tampa Bay Bucks. Plenty of opportunity there for young wide outs. All right, let's uh you you're a you're a Jets expert. Let's hop on over to the Jet. I mean, like look like there's doom and gloom always for the Jets. I like I don't know if we're looking at a Gino Smith and you probably have way more insight on this than I do. Like what's the Gino Smith vibe? Like is he over the hill and old or is he a competent winner? Like how how are we going to do this? So I actually believe that um and people bring up the market for the Jets while we're at it. Yeah. Yeah. bring up the market because actually one play that I like if you look at win totals I I I think they're going to be far better than last year if you want to know the truth. Do I think they're going to win 12 games? No. Do I think they're going to make the playoffs? No. But their season win total at some traditional sports books is at like five and a half and I think you can even get seven potentially over on Khi. I think seven is trading at like 30 35%. And I think that's a decent number. You know, listen, is Gino Smith like you know the best quarterback out there? No. But is he, in my opinion, a dramatic step up from what the Jets have had in the last year or two with Justin Fields, Brady Cook, things of that nature? Yes, I believe he is. Remember, Gino Smith was a Pro Bowler in 2022 and the comeback player of the year in the NFL. Was a Pro Bowler in 2023, but in Las Vegas last year, he had a horrible, horrible kind of set of characters, right? No, no kind of um, you know, wide receivers really to speak of. one of the worst offensive lines in the game. He got sacked 55 times. That was the worst in the NFL. And the coaching there was crazy. Pete Carol was one and out. Pete Carol and Chip Kelly were kind of not seeing eye to eye on that offense. I think Gino Smith with the Jets this year, call it what you want, is going to have a better offensive line. When you look at Garrett Wilson and some of the wide receiver additions that the Jets have, far better talent on the outside and a run game, right? So, I actually think Gino Smith, like if he represents average quarterback play, okay, which I think is fair to say, okay, average quarterback play, that is dramatically better than the worst passing attack in the NFL. The Jets threw for 2700 yards last year, dead last in the NFL. So, you go from dead last to somewhere in the middle, I think you all of a sudden have a much more threatening offense. A lot of additions on the defensive side as well. I think also remember the Jets had the worst turnover margin in the National Football League last year. They had Nando, they set an NFL record that will never be broken. Zero interceptions all season long for last year's New York Jets. Positive regression to the mean means some of that, right? And so I actually think that they went they won three games last year. I think they can win more like six or seven just enough to save Aaron Glenn's job. And remember, the Jets have three first round picks next year. They have their own. They have whichever is better between the Packers and the Cowboys. And they have the Indianapolis Colts pick as well. And I'm no fan of the Colts. I think the Colts are going to lose a bunch of games. Let's go there next. Actually, I'm gonna queue them up next. But keep going. I'm going to cue. But just a heads up, we're going the Colts next. You said the Colts I I I think it's it's hard to say. Daniel Jones coming back from an Achilles injury, right? You saw what that happened to Kirk Cousins as a as a quarterback. You saw what happened to Aaron Rogers as a quarterback, right? Look at this indecisiveness here with the Colts. Dide totally different than the Jets graph. That's fine. The wide receivers, they traded away Michael Pitman. Alec Pierce is really banged up coming back from that ankle injury. Got like a PRP injection. Did he get a shot? Did he not get a shot? So, I don't know what's there kind of in the universe. Obviously, you have um Jonathan Taylor. I expect good things out of Tyler Warren, the sec the the second year tight end as well. But I'm not sold on Danny Dimes, Indiana Jones as it were, you know, kind of leading this team again. So, in that division, I actually, we talked about this before. I love me the Houston Texans. I think the Houston Texans are a nice bet. I think the Houston Texans are a nice bet to win that division. I think the Houston Texans are a bet potentially to be the number one seed in the AFC because you look at the West, Chiefs, Broncos, Chargers, all beating each other up. You look at the East, the Bills and the Patriots will be contenders. You look at the North, I think the Ravens and the Bengals will be contenders. I think the Houston Texans are the class of the South. Remember, this is a team that almost went into New England and beat them despite CJ Trout throwing five interceptions in that game, right? So, they've addressed the offensive line. That's a little bit better. They bring in David Montgomery, who I think is a legitimate running back. And I think that if you get once again a a slight uptick in CJ Strad with that top tier defense, I think the Houston Texans in that division are a nice bet in all sorts of futures in the AFC. Anthony Richardson, I mean, like I think we know where this career is going. Um, but never count him out, right? I mean like and it looks like maybe Riley Leonard wins and this the trade rumors around Anthony Richardson have been around there like do you think like I mean if you don't have any faith in Danny Dimes is that kind of like he's just going to be mediocre and start you know 17 games or is this kind of like he's going to be a disaster let's go very low on the Colts and maybe we'll see Anthony Richardson for like the last six. Yeah. So here's the thing I don't think or Riley Leonard I guess I think I think they'll be okay. Right. I just don't think remember when Daniel Jones at the first half of last year before the injuries the Colts were one of the top offenses in the game. He was great man. I think they started like two you know and so I'm thinking it's not going to be that but I don't think it's complete disaster where we see and by the way I think it would be Riley Leonard ahead of Anthony Richardson if you want to know the truth. Um but I don't think it's going to be that bad, right? I think they're going to be uh call it a seven win team. Let's say something like that, right? And you see here the kind of their total wins hovering around eight and a half as well. Yeah. Let's take another look at this then. I think I take the under on it. But I don't think it's like it goes so bad like that. Here's the problem, too. They paid Danny Dimes. They gave him an extension off of the Achilles injury, off of the leg injury, and they don't have their first round pick, Nando. So, when you talk about it going bad and them just bringing in the kid to see what they have, remember they've given their first round pick already to the Jets for this year. Daniel Jones and 28. What is it? Daniel Jones. How old is Daniel Jones? He is in his Yeah. Late 20s, early 30s. He's, you know, it's not like he's 34, I guess. Yeah. No, so the South The South for me is all Houston if you want to know the truth. How about these Bengals, Dane? Listen, I think the Bengals are interesting. I think the Bengals are interesting. The AFC North is an interesting division. Okay? I do not believe in Cleveland. I think that's free money. Listen, I think there's a couple of ways. I think there's uh one parlay that I combo that I actually have is by betting the last place team in a few divisions. I think the Cardinals are definitively last in the NFC West. I think the Browns are definitively last in this division, the AFC South. I believe that um the Miami Dolphins could be the worst team in football are definitively last in the AFC East. And then I listen, I don't know about the Tennessee Titans as well in the AFC South. I told you about um Houston. I like our guy Benny Richardy and apparently the models like the Jacksonville Jaguars. Indianapolis I think is toiling in mediocrity. Cam Ward has not looked good so far in his second year. The accuracy is not there. I think Tennessee will once again be a last place team. But as it relates to these Cincinnati Bengals, the Titans up too. Sure. But the Bengals, I think it's now or never for the Bengals, right? And obviously it comes down to Joe Burrow. Can he stay healthy? Yes, they have the backup in Joe Flacco, you know, to kind of um, you know, keep everything going just in case. But the biggest difference for the Bengals is they finally have invested in their defense, Nando. You know, they traded for Dexter Lawrence. Sexy Dexi, a game wrecker up front, right? They've made some other moves on the defensive side. Again, if you get normal average play from the Cincinnati Bengals defense when you have Jamar Chase, T. Higgins, Chase Brown, Joe Burrow, all that, then all of a sudden you've got a team that can really cause some havoc. And remember, last year was interesting, right? No Joe Burrow, no Lamar Jackson, no Patty Mahomes. Usually in the AFC, you need one of these stud generational young quarterbacks. Those guys, Josh Allen, for example. Some people think that Justin Herbert is right there. Drake May is right there. You need one of these complete alpha dude young quarterbacks in the AFC. And Cincinnati does have one if he stays healthy in Joe Burrow. Man, if he stays health he's got to be due, right? Like I guess this is where we figure out if this is like a recurring nightmare that will derail his Hall of Fame career. Yeah. Or if he's got it behind him and he's he's due, you know, for like four straight healthy seasons. Who's a guy who's a guy who's always getting hurt that everyone was dumping on and then he stopped getting hurt and turned his It was like six years ago. I got to pull back for it. But like there was a guy there was a quarterback who was always getting hurt and I was like, who was it? Matthew Stafford. Maybe it was Stafford. Stafford was always getting hurt, but it was always seen as a great talent. He stays healthy, right? And he wins the Super Bowl. It was always It was frustrating everybody. Uh and then like he just stopped like part of his thing was he gets hurt, you you know, he gets hurt, he gets hurt, he gets hurt, and then he stopped getting hurt and he just like Yeah, I mean I mean Stafford has that narrative, I would say, you know, finally finally kept it going and um you know, had a Super Bowl to prove for it. But um if that could happen with Joe Burrow, you know, sure that that that could be it. You know, one division I think is really interesting, Nand though, because we talked about the South, I like Houston. We talked about, you know, one in the NFC. I think the NFC North is really, really interesting, Nando. All four teams there, you know, have some level of quality, right? Yeah. You go there. I think Detroit is a deserving favorite, but then Green Bay, Chicago, Minnesota, where do you want to go? You know, and I think there's value here. Yes, I think Detroit is a deserving favorite. Two things I would say, though. One, the markets are pricing the Minnesota Vikings as the worst team in the division. I don't think that's the case. You know, this is year in year out a good defense. This is a team, Nando, last year that won nine games. Eight or nine games. Yeah. Horrible quarterback play, you know, from Max Bromer, JJ McCarthy, Hartson Wentz, and they still won eight or nine games. You drop Kyler Murray in there and if Kyler Murray is healthy and if Kyler Murray is worth his salt at all, he is going to have better quarterback play and make Minnesota potentially a contender. Remember Sam Darnold won 14 games with this Minnesota Vikings team, right? You know, and I think that Minnesota is not going to finish in the basement of that division. They're just too good everywhere else. And part of the reason Kyler Murray went to Minnesota is because Kevin Oonnell is known as this quarterback whisperer, right? Did it with Sam Darnold, did it with Daniel Jones. These guys have all gotten the bag since being there. And and Kyler Murray went there because he knows he needs to rehab his career a little bit as well. So, I think Kyler Murray is actually going to perform well. And I think Minnesota is going to overperform their win total. And I don't think they're going to be in the basement of the NFC North. I actually think a team that I think is going to regress, a popular regression candidate quite frankly is the Chicago Bears. Oh wow. Really? Yeah. Absolutely. A couple of reasons. One, do you know how many games they won like in the last two minutes last year with Caleb Williams pulling out rabbits out of his out of his hind parts? A bunch. Okay. Huge comeback wins. Sometimes that regresses. The Bears had the best one of the best turnover differentials in all of football last year. Kevin Bard led the NFL in interceptions last year with seven or eight. He's not there anymore. He's with the New England Patriots. Non Wright, their quarterback, had five interceptions, leading all DBs in the NFL last year. He's not there anymore. He's with the New York Jets. One or two other guys in their secondary are banged up and not there. I think the Bears defense is a little bit of a concern. Will Caleb Williams take a step forward? Maybe. Okay, I'll give you that. But they're going to have to beat people kind of like the Bengals did in previous years, right? I trust their offense, but I don't know about their defense. And because Caleb, they had so many comebacks last year, I can see them instead of winning all those one-score comeback games, they go 5050 on that. And that's literally three wins right out the gate that are different. Yeah, this market this market isn't big enough to actually have any fun with yet. Everything's still like 10 10 cents because you scroll down, look for Chicago at the end there, and it's the same price as Yeah. Chicago first. I I think like you want the last place team, right? I want the last I So here if you got the division markets, I'll pull the division up. Division winner. What about, you know, Noah on Chicago to win the division. Yeah. All right. You know, that's something. And then I wouldn't be mad at taking a fire on the Vikings at 18% knowing that if they get off to a hot start or something like that, that could be a cash out position. You know, at this point of the season or before the season, you're also just looking to put up some things that you think you can get as positive, you know, moves later on. And I think Minnesota I like about the NFL coming back and like it's, you know, because we're, you know, we're a six-month old company basically. um is you know during the World Cup it was you knew it was going to be like one of the top it was going to be Spain, France, Argentina, right? Like you knew it. So even if you were like, oh, you know, uh, even if you say the United States gonna get hot, you know, we'll buy them at 32 cents and someone will buy at 64, like no one's ever gonna buy at 64 because if they get hot up to the round of 16, you know, they're going to get bounced. Or even if they get to eight, you know, they're going to get bounced and the eventual winner is going to be one of those three teams. With this Minnesota, you could actually buy at 18%. And especially just to win the division, man, like weirder things have happened, you know, like last year, the Super Bowl last year was strange. Every year weird stuff happens in the NFL. And so I think it's this is this is exciting for me more than usual because this is the like the first time in the sports markets we looked at as far as I can remember and from everything we've covered where it's actually legitimately like playing a market instead of you know like just like saying theoretically this could happen and remember why markets are fun like yes if Minnesota goes three and one and is sitting at top of the division that 18 cents could really be like 45 cents could they look good they have a good defense the offense is click you know, they're holding their opponents to eight points and they've had quality opponent like th this is this is I think where people are going to discover these markets and have a little more fun with it because the numbers will move because it's such a short season relative to everything else we've seen. Um, and it's kind of wide open, Dane. You know, like it is kind of wide open. Anything's believable at this point. Yeah, I think that's fair. And the other two things I'd put there is this one. So far, I think every year in the last decade, there has been a team that's gone from worst to first in their division, you know. So, like to your point, that kind of turnover happens. And then the other big thing here, which maybe to your point about why you can get in early at low numbers on the NFL, is as we know, there are so many injuries in the NFL, right? and and and that will just torpedo a team, you know, and and and by the time we're doing this around Halloween, there's going to be two or three catastrophic injuries that have happened in the NFL with big-time favorites, teams that are among the top five choices to win the Super Bowl. And then all of a sudden, where are they going to be? Like, I don't wish injury on anybody, you know, I don't want to do that. But what happens if all of a sudden, you know, Pro Bowl quarterback X rolls his hairs his knee up? Then all of a sudden they're done, you know. So these positions, to your point, in football, more than in any other sport, I think there is that kind of fluctuation. So all the more reason I'm not looking to bet the Rams at a super big favorite right now. I'm looking to find those guys in the kind of mid-range that I see a narrative where they could get all the way to the promised land. Yeah. I'm just excited for it. I wish that I wish I'm sure they'll start popping a little more down the road, but like more player I don't even know if I want props. Like the markets can be fun with like how they position a lot of things. Doesn't have to be like an overunder. Uh they have one market that's interesting if you want to take a position on this. They literally have I think virtually every team heads up against every other team. Yeah. So yeah, every time you punch a team in there like for example, I happen to like Minnesota, right? I can get will Minnesota have more victories than X team. Yeah. You know, if there's a team I like and a team I'm fading, like I could probably get, will Minnesota have more regular season wins than Chicago? And I can probably get that at something in the 20s or 30s right now, right? So, if you're trading on Khi, that would be one way I look at it. Pick the team that you literally have the most confidence in in a like as an underdog, as an off the radar kind of team, and then pit them against the biggest favorite, the biggest, you know, quote unquote industry contender that you don't believe in this year. You can literally do that from pretty much any team. Like I have shares of the Jets winning more games than the Raiders this year, you know, for example. But you can literally do that for will they have more wins than X team. And if you find that, that's a place that I really think you can make a on some of your, you know, projections. Kind of a heads up win total. Your NFL champion Philadelphia Eagles are only 5 cents right now. Sure. I mean, but listen to my point. I'm not taking the Rams right now. I'm picking one of these 5enters. I'm down here, too. Like if there's just like a little tingle or a little sparkle like I I would go with Benny's Jacksonville. Find Houston. Find me Houston at like 5%. Houston's got to be up here a little more. Yeah, there you go. Houston's at 5 cents. Five cents. The Detroit Lions are at five cents. And Dane, this isn't like a small market. This is a million dollar market. But because the Rams are such runaway favorites, literally, yeah, you know, five cents, you know, we're talking 20 to1 for teams like the Lions, teams like the Texans, um, which I think are where I would I would I would I would cover, you know, a handful of these four, five% teams, right? You know, and kind of ride that out the same way we we do with reality TV non. Just get them to week eight. Yeah, we got to hop to Big Brother in a sec, but like just get him to week eight. Like this is where it's going to be. This is like I I don't know if people are tapped into how much fun this is riding this wave, riding that graph literally, you know, like riding that graph's up and downs. Um I don't know. I think I think that's what's going to be the fun that people are going to discover with this is the wherever you're playing is just like the ability to kind of like it's a living breathing thing. For sure. All right, week seven. Season, not just week seven because we haven't had much on week seven just yet, right? That market just dropped. So, I continue to tell people the season 28 winner, Nando, you see it right here. I'm telling you right now, Nando D is not winning this season. Yeah, she is a Survivor quote unquote icon. She has won a million dollars already. Here's the other thing. Deans is not winning this season. He's an icon coming from Survivor. If these guys get to the jury, the people are going to give it to New Blood. So when you put together D and Devans, that makes up almost 40% of the pie right there. Yeah. That means inherently there is value. When we did this show just last week, Nando, the third choice was Kamu at 15%. Guess what? Kamu got evicted last night. So he's gone. Was that part of the twist? Was that part of the Devon's diamond? the Yeah, Devin did used the diamond power of veto like I said he was going to and he put Kamu up and then formed a little bit of an alliance and Kamu got evicted once again. My same players, Nando, I'm to I told you about Yash, I told you about Taylor and I told you about Lala who's known as Latrice. They are still like Yash is down to six, Taylor is at seven. Latrice is at only 2%. I'm telling you, these top two, you know, favorites, D and Deans, they're not giving them threequarters of a million dollars. Okay. The interesting thing to me is there's been a new alliance formed of four, and it's called for the American people, and it includes Drew, Barrett, Mallerie, and Melody. And Nando, you see right there, the markets respected. Drew at third choice at 14. Barrett [clears throat] the fourth choice at 10. Mallerie right there at 10 and Melody at seven. I still however fundamentally believe we are too early in the season still for an alliance like that of four to hold through all the way. They're going to get cracked up a little bit. You've already heard some of the grumblings on the two ladies Malady uh Mallerie and Melody not fully trusting Barrett and Drew in that alliance. I don't think that alliance is long either. That's why I am looking for non icons, non for the American people that will be able to maneuver through. I continue to think Yash and Taylor are the value. Dane, is this Well, Big Brother, like, you know, we did Survivor, obviously. Big Brother is a two-person finale where the other contestants vote, right? Yeah. Yeah. So like I mean like there's there's not really a lot of value to being like let me get with D and Deans until like Final Four and then just jump on them and attack them and kick them out, you know, because like that's the floaters that you're talking about who aren't in any alliance. Uh that's their path in a way, right? Like because I remember like the Caser I don't know if you remember Quaser that year with Howy and all them. Uh when they figured out like oh there's a there's an evil alliance in this house. they all got together even though they kind of hated each other up until the point and like started like running through the house um and taking down the bad guys. It was like one of the greatest hero moments ever like watching Kaser like maneuver his way I just I don't know why it sticks with me this like 20 years ago when Case was just like maneuvering his way around a board like eliminating the bad guys and surprising everybody. And so it's kind of like I this isn't quite endgame right now but it's close. I mean you have to start thinking about it if you're broken into factions, right? Yes. And that's why I'm saying the icons are a faction. Dick and Angela. No way they get through. Before the American people alliance of four, Drew, Mallerie, Barrett, Melody, that's kind of what some people are thinking might be the strong alliance in kind of twothirds of the way through the game, but they're going to get found out as well. That's why I look at the other folks, which are Yash, Taylor, and Lala. And then Haley is down there all the way at 3%. But Haley has so many enemies right now. Haley like no is she the villain this season? She's one of the villains to be sure. Yes. Pardon my ignorance on this. I uh you know I got to throw So that's the thing. You have Icons Alliance, you have For the American People Alliance. I don't We're still only halfway through the season. These alliances are not going to make it through all the way. So that's why it's the other people that can kind of realize it to your point form like Voltron and get out the powers that be and be the ones left standing. And of those, Yash and Taylor are my picks. Dane, is there uh like, you know, in years past, you know, again, I've been out of the Big Brother game for a little while. Um, America votes and like throws a bunch of curve balls. Yeah. That's not just like you've got to wear a dress for a week or like you can only eat slop for a week. It's like though there's gonna be a quadruple elimination, you like there's just crazy, you know, voting power stuff um that I remember they used to they even had like a guy who was just controlled by America and he would do ridiculous things that made no sense. Um you know, it's because we were people were voting every week on like what to make him do. Um that shook up the game, like who to vote for, that kind of stuff. Have there been any of those uh curve balls this year? Like is this just like I don't want to call it a pure game, but like the America votes stuff is just like trifles and fun stuff as opposed to they do have that and every week some America votes and one player is uh given the potential to win a power or receive a punishment. The punishments have been like the crazy costumes or whatever like you mentioned, but there have been two people that have won powers so far. Devon's won the diamond power of veto, right? And he used that already. And the other one is D is holding something called the BB bribe where she can offer $5,000 to someone in exchange for something in the game like to not be put up on the block or to not use the veto or something like that. Are they beholden to Is that like a binding contract? Yeah, she offered the 5,000 BB bribe to Yash this week and Yash turned her down. It was to be to keep herself safe and not be on the block. Yash turned her down and put her up on the block, but then Devin's used the diamond power of veto anyway. And there is a clip of Yash being like, man, I should have just taken the 5K from D, you know, his plan was undermined anyway. So, there are still some of those things that are to come. There will also just doing the math on times of weeks left and players left. There will be double andor triple eliminations which is another thing that screws an alliance if they have to kind of pivot last minute or you know there are things that will also break up these groups which is why I continue to still like Yash and Taylor. All right. Yash and Taylor is a is a Hold on. I want I'm gonna just do the math on the screen right here. I'm going with Taylor because I've like I've done the thumbnails and stuff for you and like I've looked up some stuff and Googled 20 bucks will win you 26814 if she wins. But again, D, this isn't like like America Survivor where it's never going to move as more people come off the all these percentages are going to come up, right? Like it's not like Survivor where it was not fixed, but like the the graph was not going to move. And it's not even like American Idol, uh, which we got into a little bit in the newsletter, where the woman like with the most followers and the obvious one everybody loved was at the top and, you know, you're trying to pick a couple underdogs, but America's never going to vote. You know, it was always this this I think Haley Harper, Hannah Harper or something who was going to win. Um, this is different. There is moment again just like we're talking about with NFL. These lines can move that like that that you know the 20 bucks you put down there and she might not win the 268 but she might get to like a final five and you know her and both also unlike say Haley unlike say Melody unlike say Angela unlike some others that are still alive potentially are wellliked in the house like no one has had any negative thing to say about Taylor at all. Okay. So if she gets there, you know, she could win votes. She's a returning player D. Everyone's gonna not want to give D the money. D but Taylor came back, right? She was in like season 22 or something. No, the I think No, there's a different Taylor. I think Angela is the returner. Angela, I was googling for the images for the thumbnail. It's like, oh, here's Taylor from season 22. I'm like, all right. No, Angela is the returner and then there's Devon's and D from Survivor. It's funny like well Angela's down here I guess but I can't believe like they're it's almost like there's nothing else but there's no right it's basic D and Devons are not going to win right they're targets you can't win something every single week and keep saving each other that's just not how big brother works there too many twists I mean if you want to take the no side on D or Deans right now I mean it's in the 80s probably but listen they're not going to win the season the jury is not going to give idea threequarters of a million dollars after she's already won a million dollars on another CBS reality show. Yeah. Right. Right. And they all figured it out. She thought she could be all slick. Right. So, and like I said, we're going to continue to ride this this Taylor and this Yash. So far, so far we're doing all right. And the icons are being more and more exposed for the American people. I don't think has the staying power. All right. Before we go, uh, there's a new Jason Stathithm movie called Mutiny. I just wanted to bring this up because I find it kind of hilarious. Um, I don't think there's a point to it, but have you seen this? That's a big drop. This is So, everyone was saying like, "It's Die Hard. It's Die Hard on a boat. It's going to be amazing. It's Jason Staithm." Like, and I guess the directors had some good stuff. I mean, people were like, "This was like 70 plus, right? The reviews came out right here at nine o'clock in the morning on August 19th. for a set of reviews and just dropped. Wow. And dropped and he said it's at 53% now, but I mean like this is I don't know what this says or what we can learn from it as far as Rotten Tomato scores go. Like if there's some early buzz that you've heard about. Um and it's Dane it's hard like to get a not fresh review like you've got to you've got to actually actively be like this movie wasn't good. So even if you're like this is a popcorn flick die hard on a boat. It has some plot inefficiencies, but Stithm is amazing and it's a 2.5 out of five. Usually the tomatometer will be like, "That's a positive review." Boom. You know, and so like the fact that it just dropped like this after whatever kind of buzz and let me just give you one more. The Acme movie coming out, Coyote versus Acme. Oh, I saw the preview for that, dude. Here's so here's here's the next news. Something positive. I like it, dude. It's so 95, right? Yeah. show. It is well done. I recently saw the Paw Patrol movie and this uh Coyote vers Acme was one of the previews and I legitimately in literally the three minute span of seeing the preview was like, "Oh, this is smart. This is well done. I like this. This has an a" And it was, you know, it was me, my my four-year-old, and a bunch of parents, right? And maybe some of the kids don't get it, but all the parents were like, "Oh, that's good." You know, I think it's good as a premise. I think it's good the way they mix the cartoons in the real life world. There are some bangers. I mean, John Cena is in there being hysterical. Um, I I I I expect good things the more and more people and I hadn't even known this was out. I didn't know this was in Oh, this movie has So, here's here's the thing. For the preview. Well, keep an eye on it because like this isn't like 95 plus. This is above 95, right? So, it's got to go like it's got to be 96 essentially. Um, this is the movie that uh Warner Brother had like had blocked or shelved or destroyed and they sold it to another company. Like there's like a whole, if you Google it, like there's a whole drama behind it. And I remember when the new Screen came out, like there was all this other drama with the actresses quitting and so people thought like they would get kind of reviewbombed by the critics because the critics thought it was wrong, you know, and they kind of like put their personal spin on it a little bit. And there are so many critics now that comprise the tomter. Um, you're going to get varied opinions. It's not like, you know, the top 20 critics like Entertainment Weekly used to have that grid. So, I think what's going to happen is as these later reviews come out, this movie's not even coming out till next weekend. As these later reviews start coming out, um, the ones that at least make it in before Friday, I think you're going to see everybody give this good reviews as kind of like a fight the good fight. you know, you tried to cancel this movie, it didn't happen and it's amazing and blah blah blah and take that. So, I think people are gonna overlook the flaws and give this like all positive reviews the rest of the way and I've got I've got some over 95 stock and I might even I might just mess with over 96 because I journalists are biased and reviewers like to, you know, film reviewers especially like to get all, you know, emotional and into it. um you know if there you know there's there's no real way to kind of fight the power so to speak anymore and so like I think by giving Coyote versus Acme a good review and be like well you suck giant corporation and this is a good movie and I think it's going to happen and I think it's going to keep going up just a hunch. I like that. I like that a lot. All I know is I saw the preview and I was in the theater and I was like wow this is because you know kids movies whatever like animated I was like wow this this is good and this has a wide audience. I I I I like it. I think that's a good take. I didn't even know some of that backstory. Oh, you gotta read it. It's great. So, yeah, I I'd be on the But you know me, I always like going conservative. So, if you're talking about all this above 96, I'll go above 94 at a 50-50 coin flip and take my money. That's fine. There's nothing wrong with that either. Um, all right, Dane. This is fun. Yeah, man. We All we needed was Ted Gin Jr. It's just like the good old days, man. Fair enough. Listen. No, Ted Finn. I'm sorry. Ted Finn. Finn. That's right. Ted Finn Jr. back in the day.
