But let's get right to it. Today's market that I want to look at is about what should be the event of the summer. Well, we think it is the summer. It is the wedding of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. There are markets up right now about where will this holy event take place. And let me tell you something. Right now, the second choice is what I think is the actual thing that is getting all the buzz. If you follow the rumors and reports, you can actually get Rhode Island is the second choice behind New York at 47% to be the site of the Swift Kelsey wedding. And I say get it right now. You can get almost 2x on your money. Something like 1.97 uh X on your money if you were to get it right now. Now look, it is heavily rumored to be the site, the luxurious ocean house in Watchill, Rhode Island. Okay, there is plenty of reason why this makes sense why this could be the case. Okay, first of all, it is a five-star hotel. It is also right next to Taylor Swift's own Rhode Island kind of mansion. She owns an 11,000 ft or square foot mansion known as Holiday House. You may have heard it featured in her song, The Last Greatest American Dynasty. But also all the way back in December, Page Six, the kind of gossip page for the New York Post, they reported that this place uh Ocean House in Rhode Island was in fact a site. So much so that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce actually paid another couple who already had the date they wanted reserved at that place. So, there is a trail breadcrumbs Easter eggs to follow. And you may ask, well, why do they have a specific date? The reported date is June 13th of 2026, coming up later on this summer. Now, we all know one thing, it's not going to be in the fall cuz Travis Kelce has resigned with the Kansas City Chiefs, right? But there is also Taylor Swift is a big fan of numerology. And apparently in the numerology if you look at 6 13 26 you add up the numbers then you add them up again and you get to nine. And then apparently in numerology if it adds up to nine this represents the completion of a cycle and being willing and ready and perfectly poised to start another. I will also say this place ocean house in Rhode Island was the site for Olivia Culpo and football star Christian McAffy's wedding uh a few years back. So, it's not like this place is any stranger to high-profile weddings. And there's even reports now that the Newport wedding show, which just took place, kind of like a trade show, had a lot of vendors, had a lot of people in the know who could be doing decorations, photography, menus of weddings there. They were also kind of not able to spill the beans, but a lot of rumors came out of that trade show that saying yes, in fact, Ocean House in Watchill, Rhode Island would be the place. I think there is enough smoke here and where there is smoke, there is fire.
