Why Jadarian Price will win NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year award (and why you should buy NOW)

Yo, the football season is upon us and with every new year, hope springs eternal, not only for teams, but for players as well. So, let me tell you a few players that I think are interesting to potentially be in the market for the offensive rookie of the year in the NFL. I think there's some value here in Kouchy because the odds and the percentages are spread out amongst a ton of players, some who I think are true fades. First of all, the favorite a few months ago was Fernando Mendoza, the number one overall pick. He's not even going to be the starting quarterback for the Vegas Raiders. That's going to be Kurt Cousins. You like that? Well, you should like that if you are fading Mendoza in this market. There's also Carnell Tate, the wide receiver from Tennessee that was drafted with the number four overall pick. Here's the problem. I think Cam Ward has not developed like the Titans want as a passer. Heck, in the preseason, Carnell Tate had six targets, zero catches, and one drop. I think he's going to deal with poor quarterback play. Right. So, you go to another wide receiver that has been on and coming and that's Dean Stribbling of the San Francisco 49ers. Now, he's had a nice spring and has written summer and has really impressed people, but he's too low on the pecking order on the Niners offense to really generate the stats that I think you're going to need for the offensive rookie of the year. He's behind Christian McCaffrey. He's behind Mike Evans. He's behind George KD. He's probably behind Debo Samuel as well. As the fifth or sixth option in an offense, you're not going to get the stats you need to win this award. So, I look at the running backs. First off is the current favorite Jeremiah Love, who's trading at about 15 or 16 cents. I like Love. I really do. Here's the thing. There's also mouths to feed in Arizona. You've got a Pro Bowl tight end and Trey McBride, Marvin Harrison Jr., Michael Wilson as well. But for me, the thing is, Love is dealing with a high ankle sprain already. That's a thing that can nag as we go through the season. And the Cardinals are going to be a bad team. The Cardinals are going to lose games. The Cardinals are probably going to make a quarterback switch from Jacobe Brassette to Carson Beck at some point in the season. And when the Cardinals are losing games, they're going to have a negative game script. They're going to be throwing the ball a lot more, I think, than running the ball, which, you know, doesn't lend itself to Love gaining a ton of rushing yards or gaining a ton of touchdowns. That's why I look to the running back position to a Notre Dame running back, but to the other Notre Dame running back. I think the value is with Seahawks running back Jadarian Price. Jadarian Price was the Seahawks first round pick. He was behind Jeremiah Love at Notre Dame, but this dude is a baller as well. Seattle truly likes him and he's going to be starting because Zack Charbanet is on the pup list. So I think Price is going to grab the brass ring as it were and be the starter, be the bellcow, be the producer for the Seattle Seahawks. And unlike Arizona, the Seahawks are a good team. The Seahawks will have a good record. The Seahawks will be winning games and that profiles for a running game script where Jadarian Price is going to have opportunities to run out clock. He's gonna have opportunities to close out games. So for me at 14% as the third choice right now over on Kelshi, I think Jadarian Price is the value for the NFL rookie of the year on the offensive side of the ball.
