If you live in one of these states, you have full access to all FanDuel Predicts sports contracts.
States WITHOUT Sports Markets (32 States)
All remaining US states have access to financial, crypto, and economic contracts only. Sports contracts are not currently available due to state-level regulatory considerations.
What you can still trade:S&P 500, Nasdaq, Bitcoin, Ethereum, oil, gold, CPI, PCE, GDP, employment data. This is a full macro trading suite — it just doesn't include game outcomes.
Why Some States Don't Get Sports
States with existing licensed sportsbooks face a different regulatory landscape for sports event contracts. The CFTC and CME Group structured FanDuel Predicts to avoid direct jurisdictional conflict with state gaming commissions.
This is not a technology problem. It's a regulatory positioning issue that Kalshi also navigated during its sports rollout — Kalshi launched sports in all 50 states after obtaining different regulatory clearances.
Flutter Entertainment has indicated sports expansion is on the roadmap for H2 2026. No confirmed additional states have been announced — check back here as news develops.
