Eastern Conference Finals MVP Prediction: Karl-Anthony Towns

Right now, [music] what I am looking at is the NBA playoffs and specifically the Eastern Conference Finals where the New York Knicks after their sweep of the 76ers are the favorite. But we are looking at who will be the Eastern Conference Finals MVP. And I think there is value on cat. Carl Anthony Towns right now is at 8% and that means over nine times your money. I think that is a value to go ahead and trade that yes he will be the MVP of the Eastern Conference Finals. And here's why. The Knicks are already there, right? And they are there because they are on a generational heater. They have won seven straight against the Hawks and of course Philadelphia. They have scored over 126 points in four of those games. They have scored over 137 points in three of those games. And quite frankly, it is cat them using Carl Anthony Towns in a different way almost as a point center as the hub of the offense that has completely unlocked this offense and had them absolutely scorching. Carl Anthony Towns over the regular season averaged only three assists a game. Yet in this sevengame stretch, he has had at least six assists in all of them. seven assists in a few of them and 10 assists with two triple doubles. He has had 10 assists three times in these games. And by the way, those are games when they scored 144 [music] points, 140 points. Using him in this way kind of reminds me of the way the Golden State Warriors would use Draymond Green along with kind of all the guys on the outside like Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, right? But now you're seeing Miles there, you're seeing um Bridges, you're seeing OG Anobi, you're seeing Jaylen Brunson absolutely do their thing. It is Cat that has changed the conversation of what the ceiling for this Knicks team could [music] be. Okay, and here's the thing. Now is the time to get it cuz the Knicks are already [music] in the Eastern Conference Finals. On the other side, you've got the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Detroit Pistons. And right now, you've got Kade Cunningham over at 23% in this market. You've got Donovan Mitchell at 11% in this market. Those are still their favorites over Carl Anthony Towns. But when either Cleveland or Detroit gets through that, you know, if Detroit gets through, the percentages on Donovan Mitchell is just going to get redistributed elsewhere, including to Carl Anthony Towns, meaning now is the time to get him. Jaylen Brunson is a favorite in this market over 50% at 52% and that is probably deservingly so. However, Jaylen Brunson averaged 26 [music] points a game in the regular season. He's averaging 27 points a game in the playoffs, right? So, like, he continues to be good, but it is not the differentiator. It is not the change that has made this Knicks offense absolutely crazy over the last couple of weeks. That change lies with Carl Anthony Towns. And if they keep this up and continue to play this way and go past the Eastern Conference Finals into the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999, it is a reasonable bet [music] that the difference in Carl Anthony Towns is what will have got them there and that's what could be recognized with the [music] MVP of the Eastern Conference Finals. Okay, Cat is the difference. Cat has unlocked this Knicks offense and at only 8% for about nine times your money. Cat to be [music] the Eastern Conference Finals MVP I think is a good trade. Go and get it now before the numbers move. The Oracle has spoken. The time to do it is before the Pistons and Cavs series is over and more some of those options just poof go away because the cat number is by definition going to go up as [music] other players get redistributed to Knicks who are the favorite cat at only 8% to be the MVP of the Eastern Conference Finals is the profitable prophecy of the day.
