Alex Campbell — "The Rookie" — is the newest voice at The 7 Oracles, working on camera and on the page. He is pursuing a master's degree in sports communication at Iona University and brings a fresh perspective to the team. He has hosted Thinking Out Loud: An NFL Podcast and written motorsports coverage under the name Alex on the Apex.

A fan across disciplines, his expertise runs from Formula 1 and NASCAR to the NFL and college football. With an encyclopedic memory and a love of history, he is the team's go-to for the storylines in sports — the context behind why a number moved, not just that it did.

Before sports, Alex trained as a performer in New York City, earning a BFA in Acting and a BA in Directing from Marymount Manhattan College. He knows his art, music, theater and film, and years of work in the performance capital of the world show up on camera: he can make you laugh, and he can hold his ground in a debate. Content creation was the natural next step, and he has taken it on in full.
