The Ladder — Every Kalshi Strike vs. the PMP Distribution
This week's widest spread-ladder gap as a card: the Kalshi contract price at every listed strike beside our full margin distribution, the derived verdict (SHAPE, LOCATION or PRICED) and the headline strike. The picture is free; rung-by-rung numbers live on /nfl/ladder. Auto-advances every week.

What this widget shows
Always-current NFL strike-ladder card from PredictionMarketsPicks. Kalshi lists a ladder of spread contracts on each game at half-point strikes; PredictionMarketsPicks holds a full margin distribution for the same game from its own Gridiron Edge model. The card draws both curves — the market-implied probability at every listed strike (a contract pays $1 if it settles YES, so its price in cents is the market’s probability) and the model’s probability at the same strikes — and derives WHY they disagree: SHAPE when the gap changes sign across the ladder (agreement about the middle, disagreement about the tail), LOCATION when every rung leans one way (the median sits elsewhere), or PRICED when no rung differs by more than five points. It features the widest published gap on the current week’s slate and names the headline strike. The model’s numbers are published only where they are measured to be calibrated; the card shows the shape and the verdict, and the full rung-by-rung table is on predictionmarketspicks.com/nfl/ladder. Live-computed from the stored PMP margin model and public Kalshi prices — no third-party data. One stable embeddable URL for the whole season.

FAQ
- Is this widget free to embed?
- Yes. The free tier allows 600 page loads per hour per visitor IP, with a 10,000 per hour ceiling per embedding domain. Publishers who need higher limits should upgrade to Pro at $14.99 per month for 50,000 requests per hour per API key (5× the free Origin ceiling), or Enterprise for 500,000 per hour.
- How often does the data refresh?
- The payload is refreshed every 5 minutes by a Supabase edge function. The widget itself is cached at the edge for 10 minutes (free) or 5 minutes (Pro), so visitors see near-live data without hammering origin.
