Same port, same resort, two fishing days. The four clubs released 165 billfish — 162 striped marlin, 2 blue, 1 sailfish — and the Lone Stars passed the Renegades in the closing minutes.

Four: Third Coast Renegades and Gulf Coast Cowboys from the Gulf Division, and New Jersey Sea Birds and South Florida Sails from the Atlantic Division. The Renegades won the Gulf; the Sea Birds won the Atlantic. All four start at zero points.
Every billfish is released on video and scored by species: blue marlin 450, black marlin 450, striped marlin 100, white marlin 100, spearfish 100, sailfish 75 (2025 SFC rules). Ties go to the club with the earliest qualifying release.

Nothing is weighed — the Zane Grey is catch-and-release on camera. The big-fish moments are the 450-point blue and black marlin, and one of those is worth four and a half striped marlin.
