How this settles

Resolves YES if the simple average of the 60 one-second ERTI prints in the 60 seconds before 8 AM EDT on the settlement date exceeds the threshold (strictly above, not equal to).

• CF Benchmarks ERTI, not spot exchange price — Settlement uses CF Benchmarks' Ethereum Real-Time Index (ERTI) exclusively — any other ETH price feed (Coinbase, Binance, CME reference rate) is irrelevant and can diverge meaningfully at the settlement moment.
• 60-second average, not a single snapshot — Resolution is the simple average of all ERTI prints over the 60 seconds preceding 8 AM EDT, so a spike or dip that doesn't move the average past the threshold won't affect outcome even if the spot price briefly crosses it.
• Strictly above threshold — equality resolves NO — The rule says 'above' the threshold value, so an average landing exactly on the threshold resolves NO, not YES.
