How this settles

Resolves YES if the close price of the 1-minute candlestick for silver on the settlement date at 5:00 PM EDT is strictly above the threshold USD/troy oz.

• Strictly above threshold — exact hit resolves NO — The rule uses 'above', not 'at or above', so a close price exactly at the threshold resolves NO, not YES.
• Single 1-minute candle close, not daily settlement — Only the close of the specific 1-minute candlestick at 5:00 PM EDT is used — not a daily LBMA fix, CME settlement, or any other benchmark — so late-minute price moves in that candle are decisive.
• 5:00 PM EDT timezone is exact and fixed — EDT (UTC-4) is specified; if a trader confuses this with EST (UTC-5) or another timezone, they are referencing the wrong candle entirely.
